What to do when the payment being reviewed by the bank?

There are times when the user uses Zelle to make payment, the bank will conduct Pending / Under Review / In Process / On Hold due to some special reasons determined by the bank.


At this point, the bank may send a confirmation notice to the payer, and when the payer replies "YES", the payment will continue the remittance process and go through. 


When the user encounters such a situation during payment, the user needs to click the "I Have Sent" button first. 

If the payment didn't go through or failed, please be sure to send an email to inform Swapsy immediately, so that we can help you and continue to process this transaction for you, as well as to avoid any possible unnecessary loss.
